Ingredients

Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie Ingredients

  • 12.4 oz refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing e.g., Pillsbury
  • 21 oz apple pie filling
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional, for extra warmth
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • butter or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or cooking spray.
  • Open cinnamon rolls and separate. Press into the pie plate to form a crust, sealing seams together lightly.
  • Mix cinnamon and lemon juice into the apple pie filling, if desired. Spread filling evenly over the crust.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly. Cover edges with foil if browning too quickly.
  • Cool slightly for 5 minutes. Drizzle with included icing packet and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flair, top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
