Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats with Fresh Fruit

  • 1 cup rolled oats not instant
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional, for extra nutrition
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit e.g., berries, sliced bananas, or diced apples
  • 1 tbsp nuts or seeds optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6-8 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
  • In the morning, stir again and top with fresh fruit and nuts or seeds.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!
