Earl Grey Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves or 1 tea bag
  • 1 cup water freshly boiled
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar optional, to taste
  • 1 splash milk optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a kettle until it reaches about 200°F (93°C).
  • Place the Earl Grey tea leaves or tea bag in a teapot or mug.
  • Pour the hot water over the tea leaves or bag.
  • Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  • Remove the tea leaves or bag. If using loose leaves, strain the tea.
  • Add honey or sugar and a splash of milk, if desired.
  • Stir well and enjoy your Earl Grey tea!
