- 1 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves or 1 tea bag
- 1 cup water freshly boiled
- 1 tsp honey or sugar optional, to taste
- 1 splash milk optional, to taste
Boil water in a kettle until it reaches about 200°F (93°C).
Place the Earl Grey tea leaves or tea bag in a teapot or mug.
Pour the hot water over the tea leaves or bag.
Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
Remove the tea leaves or bag. If using loose leaves, strain the tea.
Add honey or sugar and a splash of milk, if desired.
Stir well and enjoy your Earl Grey tea!
