Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pie crust on the prepared baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Arrange the apple mixture in the center of the dough, leaving a 2-inch border.
Dot apples with butter cubes. Fold the edges of the dough over the apples, pleating as needed.
