Instructions
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Drain excess fat if needed, then add the sliced onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add shredded cabbage to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the cabbage softens slightly but retains some crunch.
Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavors meld together.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot as is or over steamed rice or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or hoisin sauce. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
