Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray.
Add the chopped onions and cook until they become soft and translucent.
Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the broccoli florets, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
