  • 1 tbsp cooking spray
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 16-ounce package kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 3 potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 head broccoli cut into florets
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray.
  • Add the chopped onions and cook until they become soft and translucent.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the broccoli florets, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a dash of garlic powder or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
