1cupfresh strawberrieshulled and mashed 1 tbsp chia seeds 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional, to taste) ½ tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, mash strawberries with a fork until juicy and slightly chunky. Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup (and lemon juice, if using). Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for a thicker jam.
Notes
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
