Nutella and Banana Puff Pastry Bites

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
For apple turnovers: In a bowl, mix diced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
Place apple mixture in the center of each square, fold over, and seal the edges with a fork.
For Nutella and banana bites: Spread Nutella on puff pastry squares and add banana slices. Fold the corners and seal.
Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
