Ingredients
  

Classic Apple Turnovers

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 2 medium apples peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 1 tbsp water for egg wash

Nutella and Banana Puff Pastry Bites

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • For apple turnovers: In a bowl, mix diced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  • Place apple mixture in the center of each square, fold over, and seal the edges with a fork.
  • For Nutella and banana bites: Spread Nutella on puff pastry squares and add banana slices. Fold the corners and seal.
  • Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
