Rich and Creamy Chocolate-Covered Nut Clusters
Ingredients:
16 ounces salted dry-roasted peanuts
16 ounces unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 package (12 ounces) milk chocolate chips
1 package (10 ounces) peanut butter chips
2 pounds white almond bark, broken into pieces
Directions:
In a slow cooker, layer the peanuts, semisweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and almond bark.
Cover and cook on low for 1 hour without stirring.
After 1 hour, stir the mixture to combine. Cover and continue cooking on low, stirring every 15-20 minutes, until completely melted and smooth (about 1 to 1.5 hours total).
Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-nut mixture onto parchment paper, allowing clusters to cool and harden.
Once set, transfer to an airtight container for storage.
